I live in Adelaide, South Australia and am a passionate photographer using Nikon D200 and D700 cameras and lenses including the Nikkor 70 - 200 mm f2.8, the Nikkor 17 - 35 mm f2.8 and the Sigma 50 - 500 mm f4. I shoot studio and environmental portraits as well as a variety of sports and nature.

Port River Dolphin Cruise

This popular 2 hour cruise runs once or twice a day. Adelaide is one of only two cities in the world which has wild dolphins within its city limits. There are other interesting wildlife, yachting, fishing, factories and large ships to view.
Go-Kart Racing

The Statesman & 125 cc Heavy/ Light Trophy Day was held at the Angas Go Kart Club, Strathalbyn, SA.
The Club, founded in 1963, provides a great atmosphere and great racing.

LATINOfest

This event was held in the Jubilee Pavilion at the Adelaide Showgrounds. Run by the Adelaide Helps Chile Committee in association with La Bomba Productions, it was 10 hours of non stop Latino music, dance, food & culture.
100% proceeds were to aid the earthquake victims of Chile.

Gumeracha Medieval Fair

The fourth annual Gumeracha Medieval Fair was held in Federation Park. It attracts over 7000 people and net profits of nearly $30,000 are dispersed back into the local community. Highlights included jousting and a medieval wedding.
Dragon Boat Racing

This 4 day regatta was held at West Lakes in Adelaide, S.A. States raced against each other and clubs challenged each other for the right to compete at the World Club Crew Championships in Macau.

Indofest

In its third year, Adelaide's festival of Indonesian arts, food and culture was held in Rymill Park. This free event displayed cooking demonstrations, non stop entertainment, free music and dance workshops, children's games, delicious food stalls and the sale of beautiful crafts. The event was hosted by the Australian Indonesian Association of SA in collaboration with affiliated Indonesian community groups and the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia in SA.

Clare Rodeo

This twilight event was Clare's first rodeo for over 60 years. Promoted as a family event, funds raised will assist in the building of a scout hall. The rodeo hosted riders from throughout Australia and counted towards championship points with the Australian Professional Rodeo Association. Free parking and camping was available and a band played until the early hours of the morning.
